Delivery and Shipping Policy
a) How long will it take for my order to reach me?
As we maintain inventory of all products we sell on our website, you can rest assured that product will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order (Except Holidays). We aspire to get your product delivered at your doorstep within 4-6 days but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.
b) Is it possible to track my order?
As soon as you place your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox. Once the order is processed from our end and dispatched from our warehouse, we shall email you the details carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can log into “My Account” section of the website to view your order details.
c) What are the shipping charges?
There will be an additional charge of Rs.80 as shipping charges for order values under Rs.499. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing order.
d) What time of day will my order be delivered?
Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery followed by an email reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse.
e) Do you ship to international locations?
Currently the products listed on our website are only delivered within India.
f) Do you offer cash on delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on lifesrota.com, you can opt for the Partial COD payment mode. With Partial COD you can pay Rs100 in advance in website and rest in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
g) Why is COD not available to me?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
